| How do I design my plaque?
You can either design your own plaque using our unique, easy to use online design tool (just follow the instructions) or we will be happy to design your plaque for you – just contact us via phone or email and we will be happy to provide this service.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All House Signs will be despatched within 10-14 days. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. We will deliver smaller plaques via Royal Mail and larger plaques will be delivered using Parcel Force or other courier.

What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery costs for mainland UK are included in the price of your plaque. If you live outside mainland UK, please contact us with your address details and we will send you a quote for delivery (We post World Wide). Please note that charges vary depending on the size and weight of your plaque.

Can I see a preview of my plaque before I order?
If you design your plaque through our online design tool, you will be working with a preview of your order, however we may make some minor alterations prior to manufacture
i.e. Centering everything. If we have designed your plaque for you, we will send you a mock-up of your design to approve prior to manufacture.

How much does it cost?
All prices are quoted on our website www.pixonplax.co.uk If you require a product or size that isn’t listed on our website, please get in contact with us and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

What material can my plaque be made from?
Wood, Slate, Granite, Marble, Stone.
We are also able to supply just about any type of sign you need so please contact us through our contact us page.

I can’t see what I want on the website – can you make me something different?
Please contact us and we will be happy to do everything we can to make you the plaque you require.

I can’t see the size I would like on the website, can you make me the size I need?
Please contact us as we are able to cut engrave signs to just about any size and we will be happy to do everything we can to produce the size of plaque you require.

What happens if my plaque is faulty or damaged on delivery?
If you are not happy with your plaque please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your plaque explaining the problem and we will do our best to assist you. We will be happy to replace placed that are damaged on delivery and refund plaques that are faulty or that are not made to the agreed design.

How do I clean my plaque?
Granite house signs can be cleaned using a soft cloth and warm soapy water. As Slate is a natural product and therefore will naturally fade over time, we recommend a small drop of linseed oil on a soft cloth for best results. Our wooden signs can be cleaned with a damp cloth and when the need arrises in years to come they can be lighly sanded and given a new coat of varnish to keep them looking fabulous.

How do I pay for my plaque?
You can pay for your plaque using our online credit and debit card facility. You can also pay for your plaque by cheque, made payable to PIX ON PLAX and sending it to: 23 Epworth Road, Owston Ferry, North Lincolnshire. DN9 1AR ( We are only able to accept payment in British Sterling) Amendments or cancellations can only be made upto 48 hours after full payment has been made.
